The table below includes their images in the order that they appear in the animation, their names, formal titles or descriptive references to their role or activity, and links to NYCHS pages on which they are mentioned. Click any of the animation women's linked images to access additional related information. Use your browser's "back" button to return.

The photos and illustrations used in the animation's original sequence numbered 18 images. For copyright considerations and other factors, only images already on the NYCHS web site are used in the animation. If you spot a CorrectionHistory.Org page on which appears the image of a NY Correction woman whom you consider should be included in the animation, email us at NYCHS@nyc.rr.com her name and yours, along the NYCHS page's web address and the reasons you think she should be added.
