Public access resumes Saturday, June 3, 2006. The island will be open to the public, 10 AM to 5 PM Fridays and Saturdays through Labor Day weekend. Starting June 6, it will be open for guided tours Tuesday-Thursday at 10 AM, 1 PM and 3:15 PM. There will be no charge for ferry transportation this season but groups of 10 or more are required to make advance reservations.
